The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce is the largest and fastest-growing Chamber of Commerce in New York State. The Chamber was founded in 1918 to promote economic development across the borough and serve as an advocate for its member businesses.
The Brooklyn Alliance, founded in 1967, is the not-for-profit, economic development arm of the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce. Branded under the Chamber banner, the Alliance’s programs are designed to leverage the Chamber’s resources in order to promote economic, community, business and workforce development.
