The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce has a proven track record of advocating for the business community on both a state and federal level. This is achieved through a tireless dedication to the economic development of Brooklyn, and regular interaction with elected officials. Our aggressive programming combines research, surveys, government relations and communications.
Each year we conduct an annual membership survey about issues affecting the local economy and the business environment. The information gathered from this survey helps the Chamber shape its position on key issues as well as prioritize its advocacy agenda as we plan our annual state and federal legislative visits.
Our Government Affairs Committee enables the Chamber to foster and maintain important relationships with elected officials and government leaders. This committee also works to help secure major investments for the economic and community development of Brooklyn.
