Thanks to an aggressive plan from the City of New York, companies relocating to Downtown Brooklyn Connected may be eligible for a number of incentive programs which allow for significant reductions off everyday operating costs. For example, an eligible company relocating 50 employees to a 10,000 sq. ft. Downtown Brooklyn Connected space may save up to $1.5 million over ten years.
