Lutheran Family Health Centers’ Services for Older Adults kicks off its Health Accent fall program with swim classes. Starting September 23, seniors can register and pay $150 for the swim classes, which are held from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesdays through January 20, 2009.

Lutheran also invites seniors to sign up for Health Accent, which is an activity and wellness program for older adults 55+.  The $25 membership fee offers you a quarterly newsletter, a weekly walking group, community health fairs, free blood pressure screenings and health education programs.
