| August 28, 2008 6:00pm Common Grounds Movie Night Series screens a different film each week on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning July 17 through September 2. Screenings will be held in the backyard of the Common Grounds Coffee House and begin at 6 p.m. except where noted otherwise.
- July 17 - Layla's Girl. Director Nicole Sylvester and actor LaShae Martin, both of Brooklyn, will be on hand to discuss the film.
