The Drawing Room

What is The Drawing Room?
The Drawing Room is a service of the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce’s Brooklyn Connects procurement assistance program in partnership with the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY). The Drawing Room houses all Brooklyn construction plans from DASNY at the Chamber’s office at 25 Elm Place in Downtown Brooklyn.

Brooklyn construction related firms now have a convenient way to learn more about projects happening in Brooklyn, as well as the opportunity to review plans before bidding on a particular project.

Are blueprints for non-DASNY projects available for viewing?
The Drawing Room currently houses only DASNY projects in Brooklyn for viewing. However, copies of blueprints for other DASNY projects as well as non-DASNY projects in Brooklyn can be made available upon request.

What types of DASNY projects are available for review?
