Shelly Laibher who attended Festive Fulton received her winning raffle tickets to The Phantom of the Opera. She won through a purchase she made at Nubian Heritage at 560 Fulton Street during the holiday shopping party that started on November 29 to celebrate the one-year anniversary of Fulton F.I.R.S.T. The program, an initiative of the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by Fleet Bank, is designed to promote retail development along Fulton Street. Cindy McField who attended Festive Fulton on received her winning raffle tickets to The Phantom of the Opera. She won through a purchase she made at Brooklyn Moon Cafe at 745 Fulton Street during the holiday shopping marketing extravaganza. Other winners of the raffle held during the shopping weekend, November 29 to December 2 included: Teddy Chao, Jeff and Tracy Davis, Richard Melvin and Joan Boyd.
