Jimmy Udom Sripan and Kieu Huynh came to the Brooklyn Business Solutions Center in need of financial, legal, and business assistance to open their dream restaurant – so it was fitting that several of the Solutions Center staff were on hand for the Dec. 11, 2007 ribbon-cutting of Udom, a Thai restaurant. Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce president Carl Hum also joined the festivities, and was presented a check for Udom’s membership to the Brooklyn Chamber. Udom is located at 661 Washington Ave. in Prospect Heights.
