Sector, Inc., a leading communications, data networks, information, and managed services provider for the financial services industry (and subsidiary of the Securities Industry Automation Corporation (SIAC)), today announced that Fred Del Gaudio has joined Sector, Inc. as its new President and Chief Executive Officer.  As the senior executive, Del Gaudio will lead Sector’s efforts to evolve and build new products and services that will help clients meet today’s most important technical challenges. 

According to Robert G. Britz, CEO of SIAC, Sector’s parent company, “Fred’s corporate and entrepreneurial experience in the financial services industry will be an important asset to Sector as it continues to grow its communications and managed services businesses.”

Del Gaudio brings a wealth of managerial and technical expertise, gained over the course of a 27-year career in IT, to Sector.  His professional experience spans the world of finance, consulting, managed services, banking, and insurance. He has previously held senior level technology positions with EMC, UBS PaineWebber, Goldman, Sachs and Co., Bankers Trust (now Deutsche Bank), and Infocrossing.  Del Gaudio comes to Sector after running an independent consulting practice, which specialized in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning projects.
