Brooklyn Eats, the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce's annual tasting festival, featuring delicious food and great fun provided by Brooklyn’s best restaurants, caterers, gourmet shops, food manufacturers and beverage companies is scheduled for Mon., Oct. 17, 2005, at the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge.
Brooklyn Eats, one of New York City’s most anticipated food events, features more than 60 of Brooklyn’s best restaurants along with gourmet groceries, Brooklyn specialty products, caterers, micro-brews and wines. Each of the participating establishments serve up their signature dish for Brooklyn Eats guests to taste.
The event serves as the premier annual promotional opportunity for restaurants in Brooklyn’s rapidly growing, high-profile restaurant scene. The event includes the presentation of Brooklyn Eats Scholarships to three hospitality management students at the New York City College of Technology, CUNY in Downtown Brooklyn.
