Regina Meyer, Director, Brooklyn Office, NYC Department of City Planning was honored at the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce's 2006 Building Brooklyn Awards.  Dan Doctoroff, Deputy Mayor for Economic Development and Rebuilding of the City of New York presented Ms. Meyer with her award.  The event also honored Douglas C.
