The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce held its most recent ‘RED Nite’ on June 7 at State Renaissance Court, a mid-rise 158 unit luxury rental building that succeeds in mirroring Brooklyn’s diverse population – 30% of the units are targeted to low and moderate income household, 20% to middle income households, and the remaining 50% at market rents.

The $62 million dollar project played host to brokers, agents, developers and contractors who came to mix and mingle at the popular networking event.

The event was sponsored by Strategic Development & Construction Group, Inc. and IBEC Building Corporation, builders and developers of State Renaissance Court, which is located between Schermerhorn, Hoyt and State Streets in downtown Brooklyn.
