| March 13, 2010 8:45am to 9:45am This a high energy, fun, and challenging group exercise class. We use body weight, resistance tubing, and lots of cardio challenges to help you lose weight and tone your upper and lower body. You will get into tip top shape, get stronger and feel better. We meet through April 24, 2010, on the following schedule: 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and 8:45 to 9:45 a.m. on Saturdays.
